Preliminary Feasibility Study - Las Cruces, NM
Last year the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico and Doña Ana Arts Council worked with Cruces Creatives and Artspace, a national artist housing organization, to see if there is a need in Las Cruces for artistic specific housing.
