Do you have an interest in exploring the world of poetry but don't know where to begin?

In the Generating Poetry for Beginner Students course, participants will be acquainted with various poetic styles and techniques, and will have the opportunity to share their work with their peers.

Throughout the duration of this class, we will analyze and discuss six published poems, one per session, to gain a deeper understanding of the craft. Following these discussions, students will be guided in writing exercises to practice employing the techniques learned.

During each class, two students will have the chance to present their work aloud, allowing all participants to provide valuable feedback.

To ensure you're prepared, bring a notebook and a pen!

*Please be advised that this class requires a minimum of 5 registrants one week prior to the commencement date, failing which the class will be subject to cancellation.*
