Art and Architecture is a free class that focuses on the creation of blueprints and the construction of small-scaled models using various mediums, allowing the student to transform their vision into three dimensional representations. The projects will include the use of fine art drawing materials to sketch their ideas; cardboard construction for the architectural foundation of their build; and craft materials such as felt, gems, colored paper, and clay for decorative elements. The class is open to LCPS high school students and will take place from December 18th through 22nd at Cruces Creatives, 205 E Lohman Ave., from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

This class, which would normally cost a registration fee, is being offered for FREE to

LCPS students through the City of Las Cruces ARPA funds.  LCPS student ID

numbers (also known as student’s lunch numbers) will be required to register.
