Come learn about what saffron is, where it comes from, why it is so expensive, and how you can grow your own saffron right here in Southern New Mexico. with this free class.
Whether you are a commercial farmer, hobby gardener, foodie, or aspiring spice baron, this workshop will teach you the history of saffron and show you how to plant, grow, and harvest this legendary spice in your own backyard or container just in time for the holidays.
The class will be followed by a free meal for all participants.
